WS 12/13- Research Project Work You are required to put together an analytical report covering the key aspects of excellence in both parts of the research project work. Part A (Minimum 5 pages)- With practical insights analyze the key points below: a) Leadership- Tell us about your leadership style. Inform us how it has fostered or hindered excellence in your endeavors. b) Creativity & Analytical Abilities- How would you rate your creativity (on a scale of 1-10)? Tell us something creative you would do or have done?
Tell us about a situation when you had to analyze/ interpret data to make a decision. c) Developing your personal competencies- What is your greatest weakness? Applying the concepts of self-assessment, support and reinforcement discuss how you will overcome your greatest weakness and develop your competencies for excellence. d) What is creativity? In what sense can someone be said to possess creativity? How is creativity suppressed or encouraged by social, psychological, political and economic organizations.
What is your view on the argument that what is viewed as creative will depend on the match between what an individual has to offer and what the context is willing to accept and value? Under what conditions does creativity flourish? Propose alternative approaches to help develop a creative climate, share knowledge and manage innovation in organizations. Part B (Minimum 5 pages)- – Excellence Initiative for Your Company Using our general excellence model design, plan and outline an excellence initiative for your company.
Provide reasons for why the initiative will be successful. In your write up provide: ? ? ?
